A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Three decades of experience. A practical approach to building what comes next.
I am a retired Air Force Group Captain with a background in Administration and Special Duties. I bring three decades of experience in resource, project and process management, development, team building and solution development.
That experience shapes how I approach work: understand the objective, organise resources, build the right team and follow through on the details. For me, a useful solution starts with a clear understanding of the problem and the people involved.
At TrimKore, I apply this outlook through a parent company with two distinct divisions. Works focuses on civil projects; Digital focuses on IT services. Each has its own field, guided by clarity in decisions, function in the result, quality in execution and progress through learning.
The name expresses that intent: “Trim” represents precision, and “Kore” represents the heart of the problem. My aim is to create precise solutions that address the core need, with a clear reason behind every decision.
